Rates
Fixed price: Quotation can be given verbally or in writing
Hourly rates: Based on a minimum charge of £60 an hour for plumbing and £70 an hour for gas and boilers, then half hour units + cost of materials + VAT 20%

Boiler and radiator service - £100
Landlord gas safety certificate - £50
Landlord gas safety certificate and service - £100
Payment terms
Payment must be made by cash or cheque on completion of the job
